2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bdgam. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using a different email address or device — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts linked to the same individual are identified, bdgam reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances derived from promotional activity, and permanently restrict access to the Platform.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information
When registering your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You are required to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details — particularly with respect to age, identity, or country of residence — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.
2.4 Prohibited Territories
The Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law do so entirely at their own legal risk. bdgam makes no representation that the services available on the Platform are lawful in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. Players located in prohibited territories are not eligible to register accounts or place wagers.
2.5 KYC Verification
Before a player's first withdrawal can be processed, bdgam requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. This involves uploading a legible copy of a valid government-issued National ID Card (NID) or passport, and may also require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents are reviewed within one to three business days of submission. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players depositing via methods that process in a different currency will have their deposit converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. bdgam does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may do so independently.
3.6 Withdrawals to Own Accounts Only
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bdgam account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts — regardless of stated relationship to the account holder — will not be processed and may trigger an account review. This policy exists to protect players and to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
3.7 Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bdgam reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, deducted from the available balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Accounts may be reactivated by logging in and completing a verification step.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms

4.2 Wagering Requirements
All deposit bonuses issued by bdgam are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place total qualifying bets of ৳30,000 before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 15–25%, and table games 10–20%. Sports bets at odds of 1.60 or higher contribute 100% to wagering requirements.
4.3 Bonus Expiry

bdgam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying criteria, bdgam will honour the bonus for that player in accordance with the terms active at the time of opt-in.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Acceptance of Bets

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdgam Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
- Collusion with other players to fix outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
- Exploitation of software bugs, errors in odds, or platform malfunctions for financial gain.
- Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating accounts as a service for others.

5.5 Errors and Malfunctions

Manifest error claims must be raised within 24 hours of the affected wager. bdgam's decision on manifest error cases is final.

7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by bdgam
bdgam reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, use of prohibited software, or any other activity that breaches these Terms & Conditions. 7.2 Closure by bdgam
Following a completed investigation, bdgam may permanently close an account where a breach of these Terms & Conditions has been confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in its entirety. Where the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned promptly.
7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player
